GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC - RENTAL AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the purpose of this Rental Agreement, GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC shall mean the Rental Company, its owners, officers, directors, partners and employees; Customer(s) shall mean Customers, guest/visitors of Customer, their agents, contractors or vendors. Rental Agreement shall mean the itemized list of items contained in the electronic Invoice emailed to Customer, who by virtue of having signed the invoice, and/or paid an advance deposit or in full, expresses his or her agreement with the contents of the Quote or Invoice. In reference to leasing the rental item(s)/equipment described on the Rental Agreement, it is as follows:
initial here INDEMNITY/HOLD HARMLESS
Customer will take necessary precautions regarding the items rented and protect all persons and property from injury or damage. Customer agrees to protect and hold GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, judgments, attorneys’ fees and costs of any kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance-installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.
initial hereASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY
Customer is aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the Rental Agreement and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all risks. Customer agrees to release, and discharge, GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC from liability incurred from misuse or overuse of property rented.

GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC will reserve all items listed in the Rental Agreement on behalf of the Customer only after the following have been received from the Customer.
(We require a minimum order amount of $300)
A non-refundable down payment of 50% rental fees (estimated) pre-tax (applies to rental balance) and a signed & dated rental agreement are required for all reservations. The remaining balance of the Rental Agreement must be paid not later than 30 days prior to event date.
If this obligation is not met, GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC reserves the right to either cancel the order or apply late payment charges of $25 per day.
Customer’s right to possession of the rental items:

Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of order. If something is not listed on an Invoice, we will be unable provide it. GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC reserves the right to substitute like or similar items, at its sole discretion, in the event rental item(s) are temporarily or permanently unavailable to fill order, GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC reserves the right to modify pricing in the event of significant and overwhelming increase in market costs, demand or availability. In the event Customer declines modified pricing, the entirety of funds paid will be fully refunded.
initial hereEQUIPMENT USAGE
Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to rental items regardless of cause of fault, including Acts of God. GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC will count all items at the time of delivery AND pickup, note any damaged rental items and provide an inventory of items received at that time. In such instances, the Customer agrees to pay GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC for:
initial hereDAMAGE DEPOSIT
A fully refundable 25% charge will be applied to total of rental costs, in advance, to cover the potential cost of damages. This does NOT cover LOSS, THEFT OR DISAPPEARANCE OF RENTAL ITEMS. Damaged or lost items will be replaced at full of replacement rate which is provided to Customer at time of delivery of rental items. Additional charges are due within 72 hours of pickup.
In an attempt to minimize the inconvenience of funds availability, damage deposit may not be charged until time of pickup and will be refunded within 4 days of return. Godmothers Tables, LLC cannot be responsible for delays caused by financial institution processing times.
initial hereCUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE.
Broken items must be returned in their broken state or they will be considered lost/missing. Replacement of lost or damaged items is chargeable in addition to the damage deposit charge, if necessary.
initial hereLOCAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Any and all rules and regulations governing an event site must be provided, in writing, to GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC prior to the signing of Rental Agreement. Any fines incurred as a result of non-disclosure of such regulations are the sole responsibility of the Customer. GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC staff are NOT authorized to move or lift furniture or items not owned by GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC. It is Customer responsibility to communicate (in writing) any rules or regulations that GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC must follow during delivery, setup or pickup of rental items as put forth by the owners or designated managers of an event location, so that we can reasonably accommodate such requirements.
initial hereCANCELLATIONS.
Customers will provide a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT to reserve the order with GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC.
GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC and Customer agree to resolve any unforeseen disagreements through mediation, prior to any legal action to avoid unnecessary expense, judgement or ill-will; the cost for which will be an evenly distributed, shared responsibility between parties involved. In the unlikely event, however, that mediation is unsuccessful, Customer will pay collection fees, attorney’s fees, court costs, or other expenses required to enforce the items and conditions of this contract. Any lawsuit that may occur between GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC and Customer must be filed in Cuyahoga County and any litigation will be held in a Cuyahoga County Court. Public or private statements which effect GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC in a negative manner, whether written or oral; accurate or false are not permitted.

The Rental Agreement may be executed or delivered by electronic means such as email. The Rental Agreement is valid whether property signed by the Customer or not, at such time as the Customer takes possession of the rental items. It is also valid if signed by another party or agent signing on behalf of the Customer, in which case the signing party will sign their own name and then print C/O (Care of) “Ordering Party”.

We assess a 3% fee for the use of all CREDIT/DEBIT/ACH and VENMO payment processing. There are currently no fees required to use CashApp or Zelle for payments.

- In the absence of the Customer, the rentals may be signed for by an individual designated by the Customer in advance. This individual is automatically given the legal right by the Customer to accept liability for the rentals on the Customer’s behalf.
- The Rental Agreement terminates once GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC has regained possession of all rental items at pick-up.
- Any extension of the agreement must be signed by GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC in writing.
- Title of the rental items shall remain with GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC
- Customer authorizes GODMOTHER’S TABLES, LLC to retake possession of the rental items without notice or legal process at any time, despite whether the items are on private property.

In the absence of the Customer, the rentals may be signed for by an individual designated by the Customer in advance of delivery. This individual is automatically given the legal right by the Customer to accept liability for the rentals on the Customers behalf. If something is not listed on an Invoice, we will be unable to provide it.
GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC reserves the right to refuse to deliver or setup rental items due to unsafe conditions or weather, property or legal authority or other condition. GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC. will use all appropriate means and methods to secure the rental equipment for the safety of the Customer and the product.
Delivery times are based on a 2 hour window, preferably the day prior to the event, whenever possible. Customers must be present for their delivery window. GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC will grant a courtesy 15 minute waiting period, after which the Customer will be charged for waiting time, billed in 15-minute increments at $30 per quarter hour (or portion thereof). Delivery is to a ground level location on a flat, hard surface, within twenty-five (25) feet of the nearest loading area with no steps or obstructions.
GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC may assess delivery charges at the rate of up to $30 per quarter hour (or portion thereof) when conditions cause GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC to incur labor costs, including, but not limited to: Deliveries impeded by stairs, elevators, steep or uneven surfaces, standing water, mud, soft surfaces like sand or loose gravel. Inaccurate delivery locations or address or directions supplied by Customer.
Chairs and tables must be set up and arranged to the Customers specifications prior to delivery. If the Customer is not available, then GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC may setup in a manner deemed appropriate by our staff. Delivery will not be possible unless payment has been submitted, in FULL, no later than 30 days prior to event.
SETUP SERVICES
GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC. provides optional Setup services which are available at 45% FLAT RATE of the total rental fees. initial here
We require up to a 4 hour window, upon delivery for setup staff to complete all decorating tasks. Customer should be available to answer any setup directives that arise outside of predesignated instructions. If the Customer (or authorize representative) is not available, then GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC may setup in a manner deemed appropriate by our staff. GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC will provide appropriate staffing to set tables/chairs within the 4 hour timeline. We will set tables as per Customers’ instructions.
CLEAN UP SERVICES
GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC. provides optional Cleanup services which are available at 45% FLAT RATE of the total rental fees. initial here
Clean up services will begin at pre-designated time, immediately following the end of celebration; leaving adequate time for completion according to venue contract. Customer (or preauthorized representative) must be present at time of pickup to confirm inventory and its condition. cleanup services do not include movement of tables and/or chairs; audio/visual equipment or personal belongings. Garbage disposal receptacles must be available on-site. GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC will not remove garbage from premises. Customer will provide GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC with a copy of contract which clearly states clean up expectations and requirements.

Pickup services do not include removal from tables and chairs. Please remove rental items-sort and stack, neatly in packaging provided to prevent damage and placed an appropriately sheltered place within twenty-five feet of the nearest loading area with no steps or obstruction.
GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC staff are NOT authorized to move or lift furniture or items not owned by GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC.
Items unavailable for pickup by GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC at the time specified in the Rental Agreement will incur additional fees in 15-minute increments at the rate of $30 per quarter hour (or portion thereof). and not to exceed a 2-hour delay. Items not returned within 24 hours of scheduled return date/time will be considered stolen and will processed as such. GODMOTHERS TABLES, LLC is not responsible for any décor which remains attached to our included with rental items at the prescheduled time for pickup.
